Remember when you were a kid and got chosen as “best” in something? Maybe it was a blue ribbon at the fair, a trophy for a sporting event , or a certificate for a science project . it feels great to be acknowledged for hard-earned achievements, and the people behind the renowned establishments that thousands of you have voted as the best will be beaming when they see our summer magazine. this issue of Celebrated Living holds our popular Readers’ Choice Platinum List, packed with your choices — from your first-hand experience and expertise — for the top luxury hotels, legendary golf courses, sumptuous spas, and refined cruise lines.
Some other folks that will be beaming are the Platinum List sweepstakes winners. The Grand Prize winner walked away with a cool 500,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles and 10 lucky Second Prize winners received 50,000 miles each, just for weighing in with their travel-savvy opinions. the Platinum List begins on page 59.
